Hydrate Your Moisture-Deprived Skin for a Post-Finals Recovery

My name is Jennifer Wong and I am currently attending University of California of Los Angeles.

If you just ended finals, your skin may be thirsting for an oasis. All those nights have studying may have taken a toll on your body. You deserve a day to relax and treat yourself to a coconut oil and honey facial mask.

Full of antiseptic properties, honey will help brighten your complexion. Also, coconut oil has anti-oxidant properties to help moisturize your skin. From personal experience, this mask helped make my skin look rejuvenated. A little oil on your face is great to supply your face with necessary nutrients and moisture. However, be careful not to use too much or else your skin will become too oily.

1. Mix equal parts of raw unprocessed honey with virgin coconut oil

2. Apply the mixture smoothly onto your face and let it sit for 15 minutes

3. Rinse off with lukewarm water

After a few uses of this facial mask, you’ll be looking alive for the summer time!
